내 생각에는 아직 한국에서는 대학교를 나오는게 필수조건인거 같다

-> I think still a lot of Korean care of people's university background -> I think in Korea many people believe that it's necessary to go to university
*필수조건이라는 단어는 requirement라고도 합니다. 그래서 I think graduating from college is still a requirement in Korea 이렇게 표현할 수도 있습니다.

Yes, I do. I work out.
No, I don't. I don't work out.

저는 규칙적으로 / 꾸준하게 / 가끔 / 시간날 때 / 거의 안 운동해요

적어도 일주일에 3번은 하려고 해요
I try to work out at least 3 times a week
계속해야지는 하고 있는데 기회가 없네요
