Finally it came up the presentation time. The laptop of our team was broken. I needed to set it up again. Fortunately presenter didn't shows up yet. By the way he didn't turn up until this event ended. My boss said angrily "Let's wrap it up." We messed up work that we prepared for years. I clean up our team desk. I and my boss drank up all alcohol in the bar that night. I expect to come up a new opportunity next time.

우리가 배운 remind myself를 -ing형태로 활용해서 문장 만든거 엄청 좋은데요~? 앞에 내용도 공감도 되고요. 점점 남옥은 영어뿐만아니라 말 자체를 잘하는 사람이 되어간다란 기분이 들어요. 그만큼 영어숙제에 진심이고, 질문에도 진심을 다해 자신의 생각을 꺼내는 거 같습니다. 단순히 영어를 하는 사람이 아닌 대화를 나누고 싶은 사람이 됐다 생각이 들어요! 이번 숙제 보면서 그런 생각이 들었고, 그 숙제를 이렇게 볼 수 있어서 너무 좋네요

Thank you :) 앞에 젠이츠 있는거 뭐에욬ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 잘하셨습니다! [질문 피드백] 아주 가볍게 요약하면 tell은 '말하는 동작' 강조 say는 '말하는 내용' 강조 talk는 '함께 말한다는 걸' 강조 한다고 보면 됩니다. 그래서 tell 보통 뒤에 사람이 꼭 오죠 tell me, tell her, tell my father 이렇게요. 반면 say는 뒤에 사람이 꼭 오진 않고 올때 to를 쓰죠. 그대신 say는 뒤애 "..." 이렇게 쌍따옴표로 어떤 말을 할지가 오는 경우가 많습니다. 마지막으로 talk는 talk to, talk about등을 써서 누구와 뭘 말하는지를 강조하는 경우가 많죠. 이거 제가 영상 만든게 있어서 여기 링크 공유드립니다! https://youtu.be/BjcNpg0BfA0?si=zUkygk268OPF2q8x

[영상 피드백] It look like 를 It looks like 하면서 -s까지 붙여주기~ 사실 사소한건데 이제 남옥은 이런 사소한 거 안 잡으면 볼게 잘 없습니다! 이렇게 날씨 얘기하면서 숙제 시작하는 것도 넘 좋네요~ 아 미쳤다 30 relatives ... 웨... That must've been really tough!! 저 이번숙제 보관하고 싶고 사실 제가 스스로 편집해서 어디 공유도 하고 싶어요. 생각해보면 벌써 2년 가까이 수업을 하고 있는데, 남옥은 자기의 시간과 체력을 충분히 지키면서 할 수 있는 모든 숙제를 다하고, 수업들 다 참여했어요. 그리고 오늘 숙제는 그간 본 어떤 숙제보다도 편해보이고, 내용도 좋고, 그냥 뭔가 감정이 느껴지는 그런 부분이라 맘이 찡해요. 남옥같은 멋진 학생이랑 함께 할 수 있어서 참 행복합니다. 감사합니다.

[영상 피드백] 어 뭐야? plans할때 f발음 났는디? ㅋㅋㅋㅋ f가 더 어려운 발음인데 어떻게 했데요? 와따 남옥한테 cigarettes after sex 를 들을 줄이야~ 캬 실제로 가을타나봐는 영어로 표현하기 조금 어려울 수 있어요. 근데 또 이걸 정확히 알려주는 영상이 있어서 공유합니다~ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y6HnkXX5w_M 이 영상을 보면 한국어와 영어의 차이를 더불어 영어권내에서도 이렇게 다르게 표현할 수 있구나 체크할 수 있을거예요! [영상 피드백] I have a bad memory 이거 제가 예전에 알려드린 기억이 나는데 그걸 다시 활용해서 이렇게 쓰는 모습 아주 좋습니다! as 활용 잘한다아아아~ I can relate to 까지 깔끔하게 잘 썼네요~ 그리고 TED스피치 따라한 것도 정말 좋아요. 이번 스피치는 더욱이 높낮이나, 속도조절 거기에 강세까지 우리의 단조로운 말이 더 자연스럽게 전달될 수 있는 연습하기 딱 좋거든요! 계속 해보면 좋겠다! 잘하셨습니다~

[영상 피드백] 뭐야 얼굴 왜 이렇게 좋아졌어~~? You look great! We're changed our focus 이 문장은 우선 We've changed 혹은 We changed our focus 라고 해주는게 좋겠네요~ 그리고 focus 대신에 aim, point of view 등의 단어도 잘 대체될 수 있을 거 같아요~ 함께 고민해보기! 어우 compliments 발음 너어어무 좋다! 제가 보여드린 영상에 공감한다니 뿌듯하네요~ 마지막에 needless to say 까지 깔끔합니다~ 사실 이번 월수 저녁반 마감이었는데 우리 남옥이 돌아와서 좌석 더 열었습니다. 그리고 역시 그러길 잘했네요~ 하루하루 자신의 속도로 성장해가는 남옥을 보며 저 역시 많은걸 배우고 느낍니다! 정말 잘하셨습니다

[질문 피드백] 영쌤 요즘 영상보고 저 다니면서 혼자말 해 봅니다 영어로.ㅋㅋㅋ -> 제가 더 많이 영상 만들어드릴게요! 그리고 살아가는데 도움이 되는 명언은 마음에 잘 새기고 있을게요 ㅎㅎ [영상 피드백] it was rained all day는 It was raining all day라고 해주기! rain은 그 자체가 '비가 내리다'란 뜻이 있어요~ 와 이제는 그냥 밖에서 편하게 영어 할 정도가 됐네요!? 정말 보고 있자면 흐뭇해요 prefer 지금도 발음 아주 좋은데 f발음 조금만 더 의식해서 꺼내주기~ w발음이랑 r발음 무척 좋은데요~? months 발음 저도 예전에 "먼쓰스" 라고 한적이 있는데 사실은 '먼쓰'에 가깝게 내주는게 더 좋습니다! Real blessing in disguise! 진짜 마음 담아서 축하만하게 됩니다. 너무 잘됐네요 크... 어...? 아니 갑자깈ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 남편분 오메... ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 아닠ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 마지막 말이 이거일줄은 몰랐잖아여 어 근데 듣다보니까 3분이 훅 지났는데요? 남옥 진짜 많이 늘었다!! 뭔가 감회가 새로운 느낌이 들어서 뿌듯하고, 흐뭇하네요. 영어로 농담을 건넬줄 알면 정말 영어를 잘하는거라 하던데 남옥은 이제 영어도, 말도 잘하는 사람이 되었네요! 피드백 할게 없습니다! 잘하셨습니다~

[영상 피드백] Friend 할때 종종 f발음이 살짝 약하다! 강세는 너무 좋은데 f발음만 더 의식해주기~ 아 근데 L발음도, R발음도 무척 잘나고 입모양이나 혀위치도 잘 움직이네요. 남옥 스스로가 발음을 내는게 더 편해지고 있다고 느낄 거 같아요! 아 I ended up cutting off her 에서 end up, cut off 두 구동사 너무 잘썼는데 cutting her off라고만 해줬으면 아주 완벽합니다! her같은 대명사는 구동사로 쓰일때 가운데 와줍니다! (예외 구동사 빼고는 보통은 무조건 가운데!) All relationship is up and down은 There are always ups and downs in every relationship 이라고 해주는게 더 부드럽겠네요~ 이번에도 너무 잘했습니다 남옥!

[영상 피드백] What I chose the job 여기는 the job 있어서 What이 오기 어색하고 The reason why I chose the job 이라고 하는게 문맥상 내가 직업을 고른 이유라고 전하기 좋겠네요~ 우리가 배웠던 blessing in disguise 를 아직도 기억해서 이렇게 영상숙제로 녹여내는게 왜 이렇게 뿌듯한지 모르겠네요~ You're going to Hawaii! [예문 피드백] 점점 예문도 자연스러워지고, 실생활에서 정말 쓸법한 어투로 써주는게 좋습니다. 하나 살짝 보자면 Surprisingly, my company didn't fire me yet. 여기서 didn't라는 과거시제도 좋지만 hasn't fired 하면서 have pp를 써주는 것도 정말 잘 어울리겠다는 생각이 들어요! 아직까지 그래서 나는 회사를 다니고 있는거니까요! [영상 피드백] 전 다시 하니까 지루하지 않을까 라고 걱정했는데 오히려 남옥은 리뷰하기 딱 좋은 기회라고 하니까 그 태도랑 긍정적인 생각이 제게 더 많이 와닿는 것 같아요. You always look on the bright side! 정말 멋있습니다. 와 지난 9월부터였나요 우리의 인연이? 그때 했던 그 말 저도 다시금 되새기게 되네요. 그 두려움을 이겨내고, 지금까지도 공부하고 있는 남옥 진짜 멋집니다. I related to that이라고 응용해서 쓴 것도 좋아요! 두번째 답변에 pretened to 표현 활용도 아주 굿! I get tipsy after a bottle of soju. 이런식으로 써주면 더 자연스럽게 전달될 겁니다! drank with my son who is seventeen 은 drank with my son when he was seventeen이라 쓰거나 drank with my son. [영상 피드백] No라고 해놓고 I consider myself smart라고 했네요~ My baby accomplished a small something 이 문장은 something을 thing이라고 해주는게 더 좋겠습니다. I consideres perhaps my baby is a genius 라고 했는데 여기선 is가 빠져도 되겠죠!? 사실 "어! 이걸 이렇게 응용한다고!?" 하면서 기대했는데 is가 나와서 "아악!" 해버렸습니다 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ If I studied hard 여기는 If I had studied hard가 더 어울리지만 사실 그렇게 과거시제만 써줘도 뒤에 would have pp는 올 수 있습니다! 둘 다 연습해보기! conservative는 '쎄이' 보다는 '썰'이 발음이 더 가깝습니다~ 강세는 아주 잘 살렸습니다! 이번 숙제도 좋네요~ 잘하셨습니다 남옥

can, be able to 어떻게 사용하나요? -> 이게 이렇게 글로 설명하기엔 알려줘야할게 너무 많지만 단 하나의 가장 분명한 쓰임새의 차이점은 바로 '조동사' 뒤에 쓸 수 있냐 없냐입니다. 예를 들어 나는 영어를 할 줄 안다. 이렇게 현재시제일 때는 I can speak English I'm able to speak English 둘 다 차이가 없습니다. 그러나 "나는 영어를 하게 될 것이다" 하면서 미래를 표현할 때는 I will can speak English (X) I will be able to speak English (O) 이렇게 쓰임새의 차이가 나죠. 그래서 will be able to로 예문을 몇 개 만들어본다면 이 둘을 구분해서 쓰기 더 쉬워질겁니다. 그리고 could와 was able to의 차이가 또 있는데 이건 제 유튜브 영상 링크 남겨드릴테니 참고해보세요! [예문 피드백] a little 과 a bit 어느게 더 조금인건가요 -> 큰 차이는 없지만 굳이 말하면 a bit 이 더 적은 느낌이긴 합니다! It’s a little cold today. It’s a bit cold today. Can you speak a little louder? Can you speak a bit louder? 이렇게 다 쓸 수 있지만 a bit이 '살짝'의 느낌이 있습니다. it seems that 과 it seems like that 어떻게 다른가요 -> 일단 it seems like that에서는 that은 빼주는게 사실 정확합니다. like는 that없이도 문장을 받아주니까요. 그 외에는 문장이 올때는 둘은 비슷합니다 . It seems that he is busy (그는 바쁜 것 같다) It seems like he is busy (그는 바쁜 것 같다) 근데 seem like 뒤에는 '명사'가 올 수 있지만 seem that은 '명사'만 올 순 없습니다. 제가 남옥한테 What the hell am I supposed to eat? 이란 표현을 들을날이 오다닠ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 너무 좋은데요~? My son gives me 에서는 gave me로 '과거시제'로 맞춰주기~ 9월이면 벌써 6개월을 함께 하게 됐네요. 그 사이 남옥의 실력은 남옥이 노력한만큼 많이 늘었다 생각해요. 1분의 숙제도 어려워한던 남옥이었는데 어느새 3분, 4분 이야기를 꺼내기 시작했고 제가 알려준 표현도 잘 녹여서 자신만의 표현을 만들고 있으니까요. 제게 참 고맙고, 소중한 학생입니다. 2월도 수고 많으셨습니다!

[영상 피드백] all the rage 같은 배웠던 표현들을 활요하는 것도 좋고 단순히 짧게 답하고 끝내는게 아니라 자신의 스토리를 길게 풀어내는게 정말 좋습니다. 첫번째 질문인 Who's your favorite singer?만해도 2분 30초가 넘게 답하고 있으니까요~ a day's trip은 a day trip이라 해주기! I feel empathy 라고 써도 좋지만 I empathize with it라 해도 좋았겠네요! 그외에는 깔끔하고 좋습니다~ 너무 잘하고 있네요 [예문 피드백] Are you willing to take an education that I said? -> education program이라 하는게 더 부드럽겠네요!

[영상 피드백] I'm not good mood는 I'm not in a good mood 하면서 in까지 써주기~! go for a walk 발음 굿굿! 기대가 된다 할때 look forward to를 써준 것 너무 좋습니다! 그리고 이때는 I hope Hanwha shows great performance this season 이렇게 쓰는 것도 괜찮다고 생각합니다. 뒤에 so I want my son to be happy 라고 한 부분이 앞에 문장이랑 연결했을때 한국어로 뭔가 어색한 느낌이지 않나 싶습니다 "한화가 좋은 경기력을 보여주기를 기대한다. 그래서 나는 내 아들이 더 행복하기를 바란다" 이런 느낌인데 차라리 so that my son can be happier 이라고 하면 "내 아들이 더 행복할 수 있게" 느낌으로 연결되서 더 좋지 않을까 싶어요! My rib was broken도 괜찮고 I broke my rib이라고 많이 표현하고, 자연스러우니 함께 익혀보기! golf is a good sports 부분은 '하나'이니까 sport 하고 -s를 빼주겠습니다! 나머진 너무 좋은데요~? 잘하셨습니다! [예문 피드백] 배운거 활용이 아주 제대로인데요!? 너무 좋다!
